Ingredients:
- Ramen Noodles: 2 packs (discard the seasoning packets)
- Vegetable Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
- Bell Pepper: 1, sliced (any color)
- Carrot: 1, julienned
- Broccoli Florets: 1 cup
- Green Onions: 2, chopped
- Soy Sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Red Pepper Flakes: 1 teaspoon (optional for heat)
- Sesame Seeds: for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Cook the Noodles:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Heat the Oil:
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Sauté Aromatics:
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add Vegetables:
- Toss in the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Combine Noodles:
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet. Stir well to combine with the vegetables.
- Season:
- Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
